Mary Jo Larson 

Mary Jo has been in the construction industry for 25 years, estimating,

designing kitchens and baths and in flooring sales. She has 6 children and 23 grandchildren.

Andy McElveen - Sales Associate

Andy began in the floor covering industry as a floor covering installer.

After 20 years of installation he joined the Carpet One store as a sales person.

He has enjoyed working with customers and finding the right products for each individual now for 12 years.

Erica Causey 

Erica has been in floor covering for 19 years and is from a family of floor covering operators.

She enjoys helping people create a new space in their homes and turning their floor

covering dreams into reality. Being from South Carolina, she has helped

improved homes from the coast to Columbia and into the upstate.

With her interior design degree, her passion is putting together colors and realizing

your needs.

Wayne Kirby - Owner & Sales Professional

Wayne was in manufacturing for ten years with Milliken Company and spent

four years traveling and selling floor covering. Wayne purchased Rhett Jackson

Company in 1986 and then joined the Carpet One Co-op of America in 1987.

He has been in business now for 33 years. He is IICR certified, a NWPH

hardwood inspector, sand and finish certified, and the past president of the Forest Acres Rotary Club.

Robert Miller   

Rob has been in the flooring business for 45 years. He is in sales and also

helps in the warehouse. For his customers, he provides a happy friendly environment.

When he is not in the office he is enjoying the great outdoors and yard work.

Trevor Bradley

After playing college baseball at USC-Sumter and Georgia Gwinnett College,

Trevor went on to play three years of baseball with the Lexington Blowfish and

then into professional baseball with the Washington Wild Things.

Post baseball, Trevor entered into sales with Verizon Wireless and then

joined our Carpet One sales team in September 2020. In addition,

Trevor is on staff with River Bluff High School as a varsity baseball coach and is engaged to be married.

Trevor Bradley

Steve has been in floorcovering for over 35 years. Steve has his master

mechanic in installations and has worked for distribution in the flooring industry for

13 years. He enjoys spending time outside with his three K9 children and remodeling.

His favorite floorcovering to work with is all of them. He considers installation an art that you learn to evolve over time.

Cara Hardy – Outside Sales Associate

Cara joined Carpet One in 2021 and brings her keen eye for detail and design,

which serves her well in the flooring industry. She remains committed to building

long-lasting and trusting relationships with her clients while focusing on

gaining the most up to date product knowledge. She lives in Lexington with her husband

and 8 year old daughter. Cara has been in Sales for the past 20 years specializing in

executive recruitment and later worked at a local private school in the Admission Office.
